3-Things-happen-to-people-who-often-complain

In general, people who complain constantly are not intentionally trying to negatively influence their surroundings. For them it is a way to express feelings and to feel some relief. Now, according to scientists, complaining does not get better, whereas, it is bad for your health and for people who hear your perpetual complaints. Psychologists who have studied this phenomenon came to the following conclusions.
The continuous complaints are very bad for your mood and that of colleagues and friends who hear them. They are also very bad for your brain and your general health.

Here's why the fact of complaining is bad for your health:

1. The Brain Synapses:
The first thing is learned by students in neuroscience is the function of brain synapses. These are separated by synaptic clefts. When you have any thought, synapse sends chemical molecules to another synapse which will be the means of transmission of the signal carrying the information. As soon as an electrical signal is produced, the synaptic gap shrinks to reduce the distance it has to travel. Thus, the brain physically changes to thoughts.
Once thought produced, it is easier to have later, because the synapses responsible for its production are considerably closer together. So have frequent negative thoughts facilitates their production and promote their random occurrence, which means that it can affect your whole personality and make it more negative.
2. Negative people
Likewise the negative ideas multiply, being with negative people will make you a negative person.
When we observe certain emotions in people around us, our brain tries to activate the same synapses to experience and understand the same emotion. This is what we call empathy.
Therefore, if you want to preserve your positivity or reprogram the synapses of your brain on positive ideas, spend more time with positive people and avoid those who see evil everywhere.
3. Stress
To preserve the health of your body, you need to stop complaining and brooding negative thoughts. Complaints, lamentations and negative thoughts can cause an increased risk of diabetes, obesity, heart disease, high blood pressure and a weakened immune system.
In addition, the moody mind enhances the secretion of cortisol, the stress hormone, which has many adverse effects on your body. It can cause heart disorders, memory disorders and learning disabilities, increased levels of bad cholesterol in the blood and high blood pressure, bone disease (osteoporosis), weak immune function and overweight .
So there are many reasons to escape from the grip of negativity and turn to the people smiling and joyful with contagious humor!
