According to Dr. Yoni Freedhoff, an obesity specialist at the University of Ottawa, spreads chocolate contain more sugar and less nutty than what is advertised on the label of product .

In just two tablespoons, there are 200 calories, 99 calories in 11 grams of fat (3.5 g saturated are) and 80 calories in 21 grams of sugar. A healthy breakfast should not absolutely comprise a sugar-packed foods, vegetable oils and processed chocolate, especially when the food is consumed by children. Worse, most oils used in the present spreads are very low on nutrition. - 170 g of hazelnut puree
- 120 g of dark chocolate
- 10cl of almond milk
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- ½ teaspoon of Cinnamon
- In a bowl, place chocolate and almond milk, and place them in a double boiler until the chocolate is melted.
