A healthy breakfast should not absolutely comprise a sugar-packed foods, vegetable oils and processed chocolate, especially when the food is consumed by children. Ingredients:
- 170 g of hazelnut puree
- 120 g of dark chocolate
- 10cl of almond milk
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- ½ teaspoon of Cinnamon
Preparation:
- In a bowl, place chocolate and almond milk, and place them in a double boiler until the chocolate is melted.
- Then add the other ingredients.
- Mix by hand or with a hand blender for a more homogeneous mixture.
Your spread may be stored for one week at room temperature, or for one month in the refrigerator.
