Removing them is a real journey of the combatant, whether by force or smooth. How do they get embedded in our pores and how to remove them without damaging our skin? We have the miracle recipe to make a natural patch that will rid you in no time of blackheads, without suffering.

The black spots, what spots!

The blackheads are due to the excess of sebum present on the surface of the skin which, accumulating in the pores, becomes black in contact with the air which oxidizes it. Blackheads are due to lack of hygiene or not regular cleaning, but also to the type of skin - often oily.

They usually occur at puberty, when the hormones change and the skin becomes more and more oily. They can also be caused by the use of so-called comedogenic cosmetic products, that is to say which promote the appearance of comedones and dermal inflammations.

How to prevent Blackheads?

To limit the appearance of blackheads, hygiene is irreproachable.

Get used to washing your face morning and evening with a natural soap because the soap dries oily skin (be careful not to abuse it at the risk of getting the opposite effect).

Make exfoliations once a week to exfoliate your skin and make it easier to clean and eliminate blackheads. The sugar and coconut oil scrub is ideal, the coffee grounds scrub also works.

Make anti-black masks with green clay. Green clay is ideal for aspirating excess sebum.

Use natural and gentle products. Opt for non-comedogenic cosmetic products that do not like your skin.

Moisturize the skin with an organic cream adapted to your skin type.
Make steam baths that will open the pores of your skin before applying the anti-blackhead mask.

Use a homemade blackhead patch using the following recipe:

Ingredients:

2 sheets of food gelatin
1 glass bowl
1 large spoon

Preparation:

Put two sheets of food gelatine (cut into rags) in a bowl and add the milk. Place the mixture in the microwave for about 15 seconds, until the gelatin dissolves in the milk. Meanwhile, wash your face as usual with a mild product.

Then proceed to a small facial sauna or steam bath which will consist of opening your pores to facilitate the elimination of blackheads.

Mix with the spoon until you obtain a homogeneous paste and apply this mask on your face with the brush, insisting on the nose.

After 15 to 20 minutes, the mask will have dried and cured. Do not panic, it's normal! Remove it gently without pulling too much on the skin.

Once the patch is removed, you will see the blackheads gone with it. You will only have to wash your face with cold water to tighten the pores and prevent the bacteria from entering again. And above all, hydrate your skin well
