Are you desperate to lose weight? All the diets you've been following up to now were in vain? Do not worry ! Here is a healthy and effective diet developed by Dr. Pierre Weisse, cardiologist, who will put you on the right track and introduce you to good eating habits, in order to lose weight.

There is no secret or miracle recipe for losing weight. Only a healthy and balanced diet combined with a regular sporting activity will bring you closer to your goals and will allow you to achieve a slim and harmonious body.

The desire to lose weight usually stems from this urge to get rid of the bumps to feel better about themselves. Only what many people ignore is that the accumulation of fat in the body also impacts health. Overweight and obesity have been associated with several diseases including hypertension and type 2 diabetes.

Thus, to maintain health while having a slim body, it is important to have a healthy and balanced diet, which excludes any food processed or high in fat and sugar. Physical activity at least 3 times a week is also essential to build a dream body.
