To boost its effect and increase the absorption of its active agent, curcumin, it is advisable to consume it with black pepper.

Ginger also has a warming effect that causes the body to tap into its fat stock to restore its normal temperature.

However, the consumption of ginger is contraindicated for pregnant or lactating women and for people who are weak or suffer from blood diseases.

3 - Black pepper

In addition to increasing the bioavailability of curcumin, black pepper also has a say in weight loss. Thanks to piperine, its active compound, it stimulates the function of the liver and the secretion of the bile, improving digestion and promoting the purification of the organism. In addition, black pepper helps to restore slowed metabolism and its antibacterial and antiparasitic action helps to detoxify the intestines and to fight against the phenomenon of fermentation, responsible for bloating and flatulence.
