1 - Refined Sugar:

Refined sugar loses all its nutrients during the industrial processes it undergoes to become white. Indeed, according to a study by researchers at the University of Texas, sugar would facilitate the growth of tumors. This study was carried out on mice, which they divided into different groups. After 6 months, research results showed that more than half of the group who followed a high-sugar diet developed a breast tumor, whereas in the normal diet group this problem appeared in less than One third of the rodents.

2 - GMOs:

Genetically modified organisms (GMOs) designate living organisms whose genetic material has undergone modifications to give it new characteristics. Most of the cultivated GMOs in the world have been created to become tolerant to herbicides, only they are not harmless to health!

According to a study carried out by the Criigen (Committee for Independent Research and Information on Genetic Engineering), the consumption of GMOs could cause cancer. The 2-year study was conducted on 200 rats that were divided into different groups. Each group underwent a different diet: GMO corn NK 603 not treated with round up, conventional corn and GMO maize NK 603 treated round up. The results showed that the rats that were fed GMO and GMO-treated Roundup would have had the same effects. They died faster and developed more tumors. Females developed 50-80% more breast tumors than those who consumed GMO-free foods.

According to a study conducted by researchers at the University of Missouri in the United States, canned tomatoes may contain toxic substances. Indeed, the resin lining found in canned foods contains bisphenol A. And since the tomato is an acid fruit, this facilitates the penetration of this component into its flesh. Bisphenol A is a chemical substance that has been associated with various health problems such as diabetes, obesity and is considered an endocrine disruptor.
