A nightmare that affects both men and women, stretch marks are most often seen as a result of collagen fibers breaking in the dermis. Once they appear, it is very difficult to get rid of. Initially they are purplish-red and then become clearer with time and become white.
What is stretch marks?
Stretch marks are thin stripes that touch different parts of the body. In women, they are located at the level of the belly, hips, thighs, buttocks and even breasts. Men are usually affected on the buttocks, upper and lower back and abdomen.
The main cause of stretch marks is the distension of the skin. When the body is repeatedly taken and lost weight, the yoyo effect eventually leads to a significant stretch of the skin, which promotes the appearance of stretch marks.
Nevertheless, they can appear independently of a variation in weight and also affect thin people because they are also caused by a hormonal imbalance.
What are the solutions ?
Stretch marks are regarded as the beast black in beauty and aesthetics, mainly by women. Whether it is a sudden intake or weight loss or a pregnancy, it is a true source of complex.
Most often, people who want to camouflage them resort to expensive and often painful methods either through laser sessions or peelings in an institute, or through surgery. These solutions can be dangerous and do not necessarily guarantee a satisfactory effect because each type of skin reacts differently. Moreover, for each person, depending on the nature of his epidermis, his age and his diet, the recovery is more or less long.
Before turning to these often binding solutions, enjoy the benefits of certain natural products that help to reduce stretch marks and prevent their appearance. Note, however, that stretch marks can not disappear completely.
