Chinese Face Map Reveals What Part Of Your Body Is Sick

Chinese Face Map

Our skin is the largest organ in our body, and its main role is to protect our internal organs from pathogenic micro-organisms that proliferate in our environment. Now, with the exposure to the various external aggressions and to the multiple changes that take place inside our organism, its state of deterioration and cutaneous problems can appear. It is precisely these changes that allow the Chinese face map to reveal if any of your organs are sick. So discover what your skin's condition reveals of your health.

According to the principles of traditional Chinese medicine, the different parts of our face are linked to our internal organs. Thus, any skin problem that occurs on one of these parts, would actually be caused by a disorder or disease affecting the organ that corresponds to it.

To help you better decode your skin problems, find out which organs fit the different parts of your face, and how you can treat them.

The Chinese Face Map:

The forehead: bladder and small intestine

If you suffer from skin problems at the forehead, this is usually due to excessive consumption of industrial foods and fats, resulting in poor digestion and slowed intestinal transit. Other factors may also contribute to their appearance, such as stress and overconsumption of sugar and alcohol.

To eliminate them, reduce your alcohol intake and try to improve the quality of your sleep. Regularly moisturize as well, and consume more raw natural foods, to fill up with fiber and nutrients.

Between the eyebrows: the liver

Due to excessive consumption of meat, industrial food, or certain food allergies, the stomach is forced to work more than necessary, which tires it, slows down digestion and causes the accumulation of toxins in the blood.

It is therefore advisable to adopt a healthier diet, rich in fruits and vegetables, and to practice a regular physical activity that promotes the elimination of waste through sweating.

The eyebrow: the kidneys

The skin problems that appear in this area are caused by poor blood circulation, alcohol consumption, a weakened heart as well as smoking.

To treat them, it is important to stimulate the functioning of the kidneys by drinking a lot of water and reducing the consumption of sweet drinks, alcohol and coffee.

The nose: the heart

If it is the skin of your nose that is prone to eruptions, this shows that you are suffering from bloating, flatulence, poor blood circulation, or high blood pressure. You also probably live in a confined space where the air is polluted.

So check your blood pressure and your cholesterol level in the blood. Also drink green tea to detoxify and exercise regularly.

The upper part of the cheeks: the lungs

If you have skin problems at the upper cheeks or if you suffer from dark circles, they are usually caused by pollution, asthma or even smoking.

Avoid exposing yourself to cigarette smoke or polluted air. Prefer outdoor outings and incorporate some physical exercises into your daily routine.

The cheeks: the lungs and the kidneys

Sugar, junk food, stress and smoking all contribute to the development of skin problems in the cheeks.

To treat them and avoid their reappearance, improve the quality of your diet and consume only fresh and natural foods. As for the cosmetics you use, make sure to choose them of good quality.

The mouth and the chin: the stomach

The elements that influence this part of the face are foods high in sugar and fat, stimulants, such as alcohol or coffee, spicy foods, stress and lack of sleep.

It is therefore time to regain balance in your body by avoiding junk food and over-consumption of coffee and alcohol, and by adopting a healthy lifestyle.

Jaw and neck: hormones

When your jaw and neck are covered with skin rashes, you should be aware that there are insufficient daily intake of water, over-consumption of salt and coffee, and some seasonal foods.

Reduce your intake of caffeine, salt and seasonal foods and be sure to drink at least 1.5 liters of water per day.
Note: If despite all these changes, your skin problems persist, a medical consultation is necessary.
