Day 5: Cabbage soup and 500 g of beef, which you can replace with fish or chicken. You can also eat 5 tomatoes.
 
Day 6: Cabbage soup, and beef or boiled fish. Also eat green leafy vegetables, but not potatoes.

Day 7: Cabbage soup, whole rice, vegetables and fruit juices without sugar.
