At dinner time, you can eat 85g of white meat, half a bowl of carrots, a bowl of broccoli, a half banana and a ball of vanilla ice.

Day 3:

For the last day of the diet, the breakfast will consist of a small apple, 5 salted crackers and a thin slice of cheddar cheddar or emmental.

For lunch, you will be entitled to a slice of bread complete with an egg, always cooked according to your preference.

Finally, at dinner, it will be a cup of tuna in natural (without oil), a half banana and a ball of vanilla ice.

It is recommended to accompany this diet regular physical activity, such as brisk walking or running, for example and to hydrate well.

It is possible to replace some foods, such as meat by lentils, or one fruit by another. To increase the taste, additions are allowed such as lemon juice, natural sweeteners with low caloric intake and spices. However, the addition of fat and condiments is strictly prohibited.
