Wrap Your Body In Coffee

Known for its unpleasant aesthetic appearance in orange peel, cellulite is a difficult problem assumed by almost all women regardless of their weight and even a few men. Here is an anti-cellulite tip, based on coffee, which will allow you to transform the appearance of your skin.

What is cellulite?

Our skin is made up of 3 layers, the epidermis, the dermis and the hypodermis. Fats are stored in capsules located in the hypodermis, between the muscles and the skin. When the amount of fat exceeds the volume of the capsules, the capsules expand to the upper layers of the skin causing deformities. This is called in medical jargon, lypodistrophy, commonly called cellulite, the appearance "orange peel" or the capsules.

The Causes of Cellulite

Generally, the onset of cellulite is triggered as early as puberty, hormone secretion such as estrogen promotes the storage of fat in the hypodermis. This storage also causes poor lymphatic flow, which prevents the lymph from doing its work of toxin and water elimination. These remain blocked under the skin.

The appearance of cellulite can be caused by other factors such as:
  • Lack of sports practice: practicing physical activity makes it possible to solicit the stored fat.

  • Eating too sweet, too salty or too greasy: promotes the appearance and storage of fats.

  • Heredity: the location of fat is inscribed in our DNA as well as the number of fat capsules.

  • Water retention: Once the fat capsules are dilated, they prevent the lymph from removing the water.

  • Fast weight gain: capsules quickly saturate by dilating causing the appearance of cellulite.
Why does cellulite affect more women than men?

The storage of fat in women is linked to its biologically designed morphology for pregnancy and lactation. The type of morphology has an important role in the appearance, or not, of cellulite. The gynoid shape of the woman, pear shaped, involves storage in the lower body, unlike men who usually have the V shape. Men who do not have this silhouette can also be subject to cellulite.

Types of Cellulite:

To know how to treat its cellulite it is necessary to know the type to which it belongs, indeed, there are 3:

Adipose Cellulite: Excessive storage of fat causes fat cellulitis. In this case, it is imperative to avoid fats and sugar and to favor fruits, vegetables, cereals and lean fish.

Aqueous cellulite: it is caused by the phenomenon of water retention. Consume plenty of water (1.5 liters per day) and herbal teas that promote drainage. Reduce salt intake.

Fibrous cellulite: this is the mixture of the two previous cellulites, fat storage and water retention.
