Note: ginger is not recommended for pregnant and lactating women, for people who are weak, diabetic or suffer from blood diseases.

Infusion of fumitory

To enjoy its virtues, pour 4 tablespoons into a liter of water, then bring to the boil and simmer for 15 min. Then remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes. Once warmed, pass your infusion through a sieve to filter it and sweeten it with a little honey. Take 2 cups a day.

Note: smoking is contraindicated in patients with arterial hypertension, obstruction of the biliary tract, gallstones or hepatic impairment. It is also to be avoided by frail people.

Cherry blossom tea
 
Cherry blossoms contain a significant amount of antioxidants and are extremely beneficial to heart and kidney health, thanks to their ability to regulate high blood pressure and body fluids. They are also highly recommended to relieve the pain and symptoms of premenstrual syndrome.

In a liter of water, add 70g of dried cherry blossom, then boil for 15 minutes. Cover and let stand out of the heat for 5 minutes. Filter and sweeten with a little honey. Consume two cups of this tea a day.

Dandelion tea

 
This plant with depurative and diuretic properties is highly appreciated for its effectiveness against the excess of liquids in the body, and for the elimination of gallstones and kidney stones.

In ½ liter of boiling water, infuse a handful of dried leaves and dandelion roots, cover and let rest for 15 minutes. Then filter and sugar with a little honey. Consume one cup of this infusion before each meal.

Note: In case of obstruction of the biliary ducts, it is recommended to consult a medical opinion before consuming dandelion.

Parsley juice
 
This aromatic herb that is highly sought after in the kitchen is an excellent remedy for water retention, especially when it is caused by overweight, rheumatism or heart disease.

To enjoy the virtues of parsley, chop a branch and add it to ½ liter of water. Let it rest, then take 3 tablespoons a day.

Note: Parsley consumption is contraindicated in pregnant women and people with cirrhosis of the liver or kidney disease.
