Firm Breast

There are a series of exercises that help you tone your breasts like:

Pumps: This is an excellent exercise for the chest. To do this, you have to lie on your stomach, feet spread apart to the shoulder width. Put your hands on the floor at your shoulders. Lift your chest from the ground by leaning on your hands and toes while maintaining a balance. Make sure your arms are tight, tighten your abs, your back should be parallel to the ground. Keep your head in the same level as your spine. Make pumps slowly inhaling when the chest is near the floor and exhaling when you get back into balance.

Chest Press: Lie on your back and carry a weight in each hand, this may be bottles filled with water or alterations. Put your hands over your chest without touching it, bending your elbows, so that your arm forms a right angle. This is the starting position. Then, push your arms upwards while squeezing the abs and exhaling, join your alterations in the center (above your chest) without they touching. Inspire and return to the starting position.

Arm raise: this is a simple exercise, just stand your arms along the body, lift them up to the shoulders to form a right angle with the body and return to the starting position. Make 3 sets of 15.

Mask to prevent or overcome collapsed breasts:

Preparation and use:
