Detox Cure To Eliminate Sugar

Overweight and obesity are often caused by an accumulation and a very high intake of calories that the body is not able to burn and get rid of. But what we almost ignore is that some substances and products can make us gain extra kilos. This is the case of sugar, which we consume in large quantities in our daily diet. To eliminate excess sugar from our body, promote weight loss and improve our health, here is a complete detox cure to follow for 3 days.

In United States, one in three people is overweight and this phenomenon affects 41% of men and 25.3% of women. Bad eating habits, lack of physical activity, hormonal imbalance, taking certain medications and excessive alcohol consumption are the main factors causing overweight.

What is the relationship between weight gain and sugar intake?

When we add sugar to our foods, it increases their caloric content and subsequently promotes the accumulation and storage of fats that are responsible for weight gain. In addition, excessive sugar intake can cause several other diseases, including diabetes, cardiovascular disease, metabolic disorders, headaches, depression and breast cancer.

Avoid foods containing large quantities of sugar and pay attention to hidden sugar, which can be found in sauces, industrial breads, soft drinks, cakes and many other products. You can, however, prefer fruits and vegetables as well as products with low glycemic index.

To improve your health, regulate your blood sugar and lose weight, here is a 3 day detox cure based on natural foods.
