7 Day Diet

Here is a new cure of 7 days with lemon based to the surprising effects:

Day 1

Start by preparing a lemon water to consume on an empty stomach in the morning.
  • Upon rising: Juice of half a lemon diluted in warm water
  • Breakfast: Take a bowl of fruit mixed with 2 tablespoons of oatmeal, you can add goat milk.
  • Snack: 8 almonds or walnuts
  • Lunch: vegetable soup (broccoli, celery, onion, carrot, lemon ...) and 2 slices of wholemeal bread.
  • Snack: 2 oat biscuits and a few cherry tomatoes.
  • Dinner: a slice of fish seasoned with lemon sauce, olive oil and thyme and accompany it with a few steamed vegetables and a teaspoon of sesame seeds.
Day 2

Drink 2 to 3 liters of mineral water during the day.
  • Upon rising: Juice of half a lemon diluted in warm water
  • Breakfast: 1 hard boiled egg, 2 slices of toasted bread with a teaspoon of fresh cheese and 30 cl of goat's milk
  • Snack: 2 fresh plums
  • Lunch: A bowl of quinoa with vegetables, a slice of whole bread, 1 large green salad, 1 kiwi and a natural yoghurt
  • Snack: 1 oat biscuit with fresh cheese
  • Dinner: 80 g of cooked meat, a biscotte, steamed green beans


Day 3
  • Upon rising: Lemon water
  • Breakfast: Strawberries or kiwi with 2 tablespoons of oatmeal mixed with 30 cl of goat's milk
  • Snack: A fruit salad
  • Lunch: Grilled chicken breast, baked sweet potato and steamed green broccoli or beans, 1 plain yoghurt
  • Snack: Grapes or plums depending on the season
  • Dinner: A baked salmon filet marinated in lemon juice with steamed vegetables

Day 4
  • Upon rising: Warm lemon water
  • Breakfast: Banana juice (30 cl milk, 1 plain yogurt, 2 small bananas and 5 almonds), 2 slices of toasted bread
  • Snack: 3 dates and dried fruits
  • Lunch: A salad of lettuce, tomato and cucumber, a hard boiled egg and a plain yoghurt, 1 pear or 1 peach
  • Snack: Vegetable sticks
  • Dinner: Baked turkey with carrots, potatoes and steamed peas


Day 5
  • Upon rising: Warm lemon water
  • Breakfast: 1 hard-boiled egg and 1 tomato cut into slices with a slice of rye bread and raspberries.
  • Snack: about ten raw almonds
  • Lunch: Grilled courgettes and aubergines, whole rice and a fish filet in the oven and a plain yoghurt
  • Snack: A handful of grapes
  • Dinner: Grilled chicken breast flavored with lemon, steamed broccoli and two rusks. You can take a dried apple sauce


Day 6
  • Upon rising: Warm lemon water
  • Breakfast: A bowl of fresh fruit, 1 plain yogurt and 2 tablespoons of oatmeal
  • Snack: A fruit smoothie
  • Lunch: Shrimps accompanied by a small avocado, a salad seasoned with lemon juice, olive oil and balsamic vinegar, 1 apple
  • Snack: A slice of toasted bread with fresh goat cheese
  • Dinner: A soup of vegetables, two rusks and a small banana.
  • At bedtime: Warm lemon water


Day 7
  • Upon rising: Warm lemon water
  • Breakfast: Complete cereals with fresh fruit and goat's milk
  • Snack: 2 dates and a handful of raw almonds
  • Lunch: A bowl of quinoa with vegetables, a hard boiled egg and a plain yoghurt
  • Snack: A fruit salad
  • Dinner: A salad of lettuce and cucumber seasoned with olive oil and lemon, a biscotte and a salad of red fruits
  • At bedtime: Warm lemon water
