The Pineapple Diet

The Pineapple Diet

Breakfast: Eat two slices of fresh pineapple and one slice of whole toasted bread as breakfast for the next three days.

You can choose to drink a green tea without sugar, a pineapple juice or a pineapple tea. To prepare the latter, recover the bark of the pineapple. Clean it and then infuse it in boiling water. Let infuse for 30 minutes and be sure to prick the skin every 10 minutes so that the pineapple bark releases all its properties. In addition, you can add some cinnamon to enhance the taste and increase the weight loss effectiveness.

Lunch: For lunch, you must eat 200 grams of white meat. You can season it with a teaspoon of old-fashioned mustard and a pinch of salt. Then, eat three slices of pineapple for dessert. If you want to make a sweet-savory dish, you can prepare a pineapple chicken by avoiding adding fat.


Snack: If you experience a dip in the afternoon, you can consume two slices of fresh pineapple or a plain yoghurt with goat's milk.

Dinner: For dinner, prepare a mashed vegetable based on carrots, leeks and asparagus or peas. Simply cook all the ingredients in boiling water and mix them. Accompany the puree with a bowl of lettuce and chunks of chicken breast without fat. For dessert, eat a bowl of pineapple cut into pieces.

This diet is spread over a maximum period of three days in order to avoid nutritional deficiencies. It allows you to lose pounds over a short period of time and you can repeat the pineapple cure two to three times a year.

The slimming pineapple juice recipe

Ingredients:
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 2 slices fresh pineapple
