Cardiologist revealed an amazing diet: A safe way to lose 10 kg in 7 days! ..

Our society places more and more importance on physical appearance, which leads us to take care of it and avoid any extra kilos. But it's not just a matter of look, this overweight represents a big risk to our health.

According to a study published in the weekly epidemiological bulletin, one in two French is overweight. It appears that 41% of men are overweight and 15.8% obese, respectively 25.3% and 15.6% for women. 56.8% of men and 40.9% of women are overweight.

The imbalance between the two sexes is found in all studies without the researchers 'understanding of the reason, if not, perhaps, by cultural factors that make a' round-robin 'man enjoy a less negative social image than' a woman.

Overweight and obesity correspond to an excess of fat in the body. They are mainly due to a diet too rich and a weak physical activity. Psychological or genetic factors, chronic diseases may also occur.

Here is a non-exhaustive list of obesity causes other than diet:

Inadequate sleep: the average amount of sleep is decreasing and several research links the lack of sleep with weight gain.

Pollution: some hormones are involved in weight control and several current pollutants affect them.

Air conditioning: Adapting to too hot or too cold temperatures causes the body to expend calories. But more and more people live in environments where the temperature is controlled.

Medications: Several medications, including contraceptives, steroids, diabetes medications, and some antidepressants, lead to weight gain.

Obesity related to fertility: there are indications that obese people are more fertile than thin people. So if obesity has a genetic component, the percentage of obese people should increase.

What are the effects of overweight on our body?

The unfavorable consequences of overweight on health are manifold and affect almost all organs. Below are some examples:
