Detox Program

The liver is a vital organ for the body seen all the functions it performs. In addition to storing iron, copper and some of the glucose, it also acts as a scrubber. Unfortunately our unhealthy eating habits, air pollution, taking certain medications ... result in the accumulation of toxins.

Indeed, the presence of toxins in our body makes it vulnerable and it can easily be subject to diseases. When you purify it from toxins, it recovers its form, energy and vitality.

The detox plan we present in this article is extremely effective, it lasts for a weekend and has a multitude of benefits. It cleans the intestines, lymph, lungs, liver and kidneys. You can use it for a period of 10 days twice a year or several times a year with a duration of two days. It includes meat, potatoes, low-fat foods and a significant amount of liquids.

Here is the detox cure for a weekend:

In the morning, when you wake up, first drink 250ml of warm water before having breakfast.

Saturday

Breakfast: a glass of lukewarm water, 200 ml of plain yoghurt or almond milk, ½ cup of fresh blueberries, 250 ml of Greek yoghurt or green tea, a spoonful of flaxseed, 1 cup of flakes, oats.
Lunch: 250 ml of water, a salad of blette and potatoes with a little and olive oil, 250g of hake grilled, 2 cups of salad (rocket and tomatoes), a slice of melon and a small banana.
Snack: 250 ml water, ¼ cup pumpkin seeds, 180ml yogurt and 1 apple.
Dinner: 250 ml of water or aniseed tea, ½ cup of steamed vegetables (broccoli and spinach), 150 gr of grilled tuna, 2 cups of salad seasoned with olive oil and lemon.
Sunday 

Do not forget to drink water in the morning.

Breakfast: Green tea and a pear, 200 ml plain yoghurt or almond milk, a spoonful of flaxseed, 1 cup of oatmeal.
Snack: Grapefruit
Lunch: 250 ml water, 200g grilled chicken, 150g pickles and a vegetable soup (celery, onion, carrot, potato, beans and sweet pepper).
Dinner: Nettle herbal tea, a salad of carrots and beets with orange juice.
