Apply Castor Oil To Grow Thick

Castor oil is one of the most beneficial natural oils because of its medicinal, cosmetic and cleansing properties.

Castor oil is obtained from the castor plant by extracting it from the seeds. Also known as Ricinus communis or "Palm of Christ", this oil is used in the production of health and beauty products, massage oils and many medicines. Its oral use relieves constipation and kills parasites in the gut. Discover with us its many benefits!

Castor oil is also used as a natural way to grow hair, strengthen their health, nourish them and make them shiny and thick.

The benefits of castor oil on hair:

- It thickens and grows hair: Castor oil is rich in omega-9 fatty acids, which nourish hair follicles, penetrate the pores and stimulate hair growth and volume.

- To get rid of dandruff: Apply a mixture of olive oil, castor oil and lemon juice on your scalp and leave on for an hour. Then wash your hair with a mild shampoo. This mixture will soothe the scalp and prevent dandruff.

- Split ends: rub castor oil on the tips and leave on for a few hours to cure the split ends.

- Long eyelashes: At bedtime, apply castor oil on your eyelashes with a cotton swab. Leave it all night and in the morning wash with a mild soap.

This oil stimulates hair growth, has powerful antibacterial and antifungal properties, prevents hair loss and stimulates blood circulation in the scalp.

Its regular use will neutralize the harmful effects of hair chemicals, and thanks to the antioxidants it contains, it will strengthen the keratin in the hair and make it strong and smooth.

Method of using castor oil:

Be sure to always use cold-pressed castor oil, which does not contain hexane.

The sticky texture of this oil can be a bit difficult to apply, so here's how to use it:

For easier application, in a small bowl, mix it with other oils in equal amounts, such as olive, argan, jojoba or coconut oil. Then place the bowl in a larger bowl filled with warm water to warm it up.

Spray some water on your hair to moisten it, dip the fingertips in the hot oil and massage the scalp. Rub the oil between your palms and make it penetrate your hair.

Next, cover your hair with a shower cap, and wrap them in a warm towel to stimulate nutrient absorption through the pores, and leave on for an hour.

Other benefits of castor oil:

Removes acne

The problem with most beauty products is that they degrade and alter the oil in your skin. Whenever your skin runs out of oil, it compensates for this lack by producing more oil which leads to oily and inflamed skin thus triggering acne.

Do not be afraid to apply castor oil to your skin; its essential fatty acids help restore the natural balance of moisture in the skin. Apply castor oil gently to your face and massage in circular motions. You can even leave it overnight and wash in the morning.

Treat wrinkles

Castor oil can be a great natural remedy for wrinkles. It penetrates the skin and stimulates the production of collagen that softens and moisturizes the skin. She rejuvenates it by making it softer and smoother. Apply a small amount of castor oil to the wrinkled area and allow it to work overnight.

Soothes dry skin

Castor oil helps relieve dry skin. If you are concerned about rough feet especially in the winter, castor oil can be applied to deeply exfoliate and soften the skin of the sole of the foot. For people with very dry skin, castor oil can be used once a week.

Remedy for constipation

Castor oil also acts as a laxative. The researchers found that the major fatty acid in castor oil called ricinoleic acid binds to receptors on the muscle cells of your intestinal walls.

This causes the contraction of these muscles and the expulsion of stool, thus relieving constipation. Castor oil works effectively when taken during the day. Have a dose of 15 ml of the oil in 250 ml of water, once a day. As it has a very strong taste, it is suggested to cool it a little before consuming it in order to mask the taste. Remember, no treatment should be done excessively.
