1. Massage with ice cubes

2. Massage with olive oil

Mix 3 tablespoons of clay and ½ cup of water until you get a smooth paste, then spread the mixture on both breasts while massaging them. Leave on until the dough dries, then rinse with warm water. Sagging breasts correction exercise

Exercise with dumbbells
