4 Easy Tips To Get Rid Of Corns Quickly!

When a person walks a lot, pressure and repeated rubbing show corns. These are lumps in the support areas of the feet and toes convexity. Here's how to get rid of.
There are two types of corns:
Hard corns are the most common and very painful during walking. They often appear on the top of the toes .
Soft bodies are formed in pairs on the fourth and fifth toes. The sweat produced between the toes makes these white horns.
Corns can be painful. Some people are more likely to have them:
Women are in the forefront, especially those who wear tight shoes and high heels, then follow the athletes, the elderly (most sensitive skin and dry) and people with malformation of the feet or toes (flat foot or hollow, etc.).

This technique depends on your manual practice, but its advantage is that the result is rapid.
Start by soaking your feet in warm water with salt, until your skin becomes softer.
Then gently sand the horn with a pumice stone. This gesture is phasing out the thick layer of skin. But beware, if the horn is not removed entirely, do not force it! Try to repeat this process regularly.
Do not forget to moisturize your feet with a moisturizer.
Preferably, try to apply this technique at evening so as to allow time for your feet to rest after this cure. After hydrated your feet, you can  slide in socks before going to sleep.

Preventive advice
Preventing corns requires two essential factors: the choice of shoes and the hygiene.
Opt for wide shoes, comfortable and flexible.
Avoid high heels (no more than 3 to 4 cm high) and the pointed toe shoes.
Lightly sand calluses and corns when bathing.
Wash your feet daily and dry thoroughly, especially between the toes.
Moisturize feet with a moisturizer after each toilet to limit the drought.
If corns become red and very painful, it is possible that they are superinfected. Consult your doctor for proper treatment.
