Completely-Change-The-Way-You-Live

We all face the stresses of life, and do our best to overcome them while remaining positive. Or, in some cases, it may be difficult to see the good side of things and this is where the negative thoughts prevail. But we often forget the power of positivity to change our mindset. By adopting a positive attitude, we can not only improve our lives but also bring happiness to the people around us. Here's a story to read to know the real way we see things, no matter how we are ?
This is the story of two seriously ill men who shared the same hospital room. One of them was allowed to sit on his bed for an hour a day to facilitate the drainage of liquids in his lungs. Whereas the other man, was forced to spend his days lying.
During their presence in the hospital, the two men became very close and were passing the long days of idleness talking about everything and nothing. They shared their memories, evoked their families, their experiences in the army and the places they visited.
The man who had the opportunity to sit down, was installed near the window, while the other only knew the outside world by what his roommate told him about it. He was waiting, indeed, eagerly each day this hour where his friend could sit down and describe to him with details everything that was happening outside.
His roommate, enjoying a breathtaking view of the lake and told him in detail what he saw: a beautiful landscape, children play spirited, families enjoying their day at the lake ...
After a month spent together, the man who was sitting next to the window passed away while sleeping. The other man was very sad, he had lost his roommate, but also his eyes to the outside world.
He then asked the nurse if he could take the place of the deceased. The response was positive and they helped her move.
Once installed, the man tried to get up somehow to throw a glance at the window and watch for the first time, with his eyes, what his roommate described him all day long. But he got nothing but a white panel. In reality, the window did not face a lake or garden, but was in front of a white wall. The man was shocked by the discovery and asked the nurse why the deceased had lied to him. The latter replied after a few seconds of thought by saying, "Perhaps he just wanted to encourage you."
What to remember about this touching story is that despite our problems, we can bring happiness in the lives of others and ours, just looking at the bright side. Positive thoughts help us perceive the world in a different way, to feel good and why not change our lives better and even that of others.
The man who was sitting near the window certainly not enjoying a nice view, but wanted to give hope to his companion, describing him beautiful things that both would have liked to see. He chose to see the bright side of things and put aside the bad ideas instead of bemoaning his fate and complaining about his health.
In fact, to complain and to have negative thoughts will only aggravate his mental condition, harm their health and impact the people who hear them. Worse it could also encourage the regular appearance of such ideas. This is scientifically proven!
Indeed, the greater the negative thoughts, the more they will be easy to be created. This can be explained by the operating mode of the synapses in the brain. When we have an idea, a synapse transmits chemical molecules to another, which will play the role of transmitter of information-carrying signal. Once the signal is sent, the synaptic cleft, which separates the synapses, is reduced so that the distance it has to travel is shorter.
Thus, synapses are getting more closer, which will facilitate the appearance of the same type of ideas produced. That said, having negative thoughts very often, it encourages their occurrence in facilitating the process of production. And we all know that frequent negative thoughts automatically lead to a negative personality! And the opposite is true.
