Eliminate Bad Breath Once

Halitosis or bad breath is a widespread dental problem. Very annoying and sometimes persistent, it can be caused by different factors such as poor oral hygiene and smoking. But if you have tried several treatments without success, you may be suffering from casein on the tonsils. Explanations.
Bad breath is the stench that emanates from the mouth and is usually due to an overgrowth of bacteria in the oral cavity. It may be developed by several factors, including:
  • Poor oral hygiene
  • Caries
  • Inflammation of the gums
  • Dry mouth
  • Consumption of certain odorants or astringent foods (garlic, onions, coffee, alcohol, etc.)
  • Some problems related to the stomach such as ulcers or gastro-oesophageal reflux
It is therefore important to determine the origin of the problem so as to bring the appropriate solution.
But sometimes, even if some people treat all the problems mentioned above, they are unable to get rid of that embarrassing odor. The answer is simple: the problem is elsewhere! These are the tonsils that are causing.
Caseum on the tonsils
Tonsils are small masses that these are at the back of the throat (tonsils) that fight against external pathogens and produce the antibodies necessary for their elimination. In case of angina, they become larger and cause pain during swallowing.
Get-Rid-of-Bad-Breath

Gradually, as we get older, tonsils lose their volume and small holes, called crypts begin to form on their surface. Thus, the foods we eat, mucus and dead cells of the mucous membranes of the throat will accumulate in these holes and in the infectious form small white dots: the casein, also called stones or tonsil stones. Latin caseum meaning cheese, it is the result of fermentation of the waste, and is an environment for the proliferation of bacteria responsible for bad breath.
What other symptoms casein?
In addition to bad breath, the presence of casein may trigger other symptoms:
The sensation of having something in the throat
Printing stifle no particular reason
A metallic taste in the mouth
Redness in the tonsils
A cough with production of small particles with a strong odor
Sore throat or tonsillitis repeat
How to remove the casein?
To get rid of bad breath caused by casein, it is imperative to remove it. Now you must know that to do it alone, this operation requires a lot of patience and determination, since it is rather unpleasant and can trigger the gag reflex.
1 - With a toothbrush
Stand in front of a mirror with a good light source. Using the flat side of your toothbrush, try lifting your tonsils or move them slightly in order to locate the casein. Once you've found it, use the hair on your brush to dislodge and remove. Finish by rinsing your mouth with saline to disinfect your mouth.
2 - With a cotton swab
Moisten a cotton swab and use it to apply a little pressure on your tonsils. This will allow you to push the casein outward and facilitate its removal. Be careful not to push the stick too far in your throat to avoid having a start-heart. When finished, rinse your mouth with saline or mouthwash.
3 - An irrigator
The water jet is one of the most effective tips to remove casein. Set your irrigator at the lowest level to avoid irritating your tonsils, then use the water jet to relocate hard and calcified casein points. You can combine this trick with that of the toothbrush or cotton swab.
4 - Consulting an Otolaryngologist -ENT- (Ear, Nose and Throat)
Sometimes the casein is so embedded in the tonsils that it becomes impossible to overcome it by oneself. Moreover, in some cases, it becomes very annoying and can cause an infection of the throat. In this case, the -ENT-  Otolaryngologist doctor makes a small surgical procedure that involves anesthetizing the area then scratching the casein so as to remove it.
