How To Have Radiant Skin Using Aloe Vera Gel

Radiant And Flawless Skin Using Aloe Vera Gel

Our skin is constantly exposed to the sun's harmful rays, to the cold, to pollution, as well as to the various hormonal changes that occur inside our body. It is regularly prone to problems such as irritations, acne pimples, brown spots, pore dilation, blackheads, etc. To remedy all this and get healthy, sharp and glowing skin, here are tricks based on aloe vera gel, known for its incredible beauty virtues!

Aloe vera and the beauty of the skin

Aloe vera is a plant used for a long time in the treatment of skin problems. Thanks to its powerful anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties and its richness in vitamins C and E and beta-carotene, it nourishes your skin, hydrates it, cleanses it and protects it against the effects of early aging such as Sagging skin, blackheads, brown spots and dilated pores.

How to integrate aloe vera gel with its beauty routine?

The aloe vera gel can replace several cosmetic chemicals in your beauty routine, while delivering you extraordinary results. In what follows, you will find how to use it as a cleanser, exfoliating care, toning care and moisturizing care!

The ingredients you will need:
  • 4 pieces of aloe vera leaf, the sharp edges of which you cut
  • ½ tablespoon rice flour or brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons rose water
  • 2 tablespoons mineral water
  • 1 tablespoon organic honey
  • A vaporizer bottle

The steps of the aloe vera gel beauty routine:

Aloe Vera Gel as a Cleanser

To prepare your cleanser, cut your piece of aloe vera sheet in half, lengthwise, and prick it to make it easier to apply the gel. You can add organic honey to your piece of aloe vera, for an antimicrobial and moisturizing effect even more powerful.

Wash your face with lukewarm water, then dry it thoroughly. Then apply your piece of aloe vera directly - and honey, if you have chosen to use it - on the face by performing circular movements. Let it sit for a few minutes, then use a cotton ball to wipe your face. Thus, your skin will be strengthened, nourished and better oxygenated.

Aloe vera as exfoliating care

Take another piece of aloe vera leaf, prick it and sprinkle it with rice flour or brown sugar, then use it to erase your skin. The antioxidants, beta-carotene and vitamins C and E contained in aloe vera will help combat early aging and stimulate cell regeneration, which will blur the scars and eliminate pimples. In addition, the rough texture of sugar or rice flour will eliminate dead cells and impurities in the pores, while promoting blood circulation, which will give you a more even and radiant complexion. Once your scrub is finished, rinse your face with lukewarm water.

The gumming is applied for 1 to 2 minutes, 2 to 3 times per week.

Aloe vera to tone your skin

Prepare your toning treatment by mixing the gel of a piece of aloe vera leaf with 2 tablespoons rose water and the same amount of mineral water. Stir vigorously to incorporate the ingredients, then pour the mixture into a spray bottle.

Once your exfoliation is applied, rinse your face and pat it dry, then spray your toning over the entire face. Spread it with your finger and then let it dry in the open air.

Aloe vera for a touch of hydration

Once your toner is dry, take the last piece of aloe vera, prick it and then pass it over the whole of your face to moisturize your skin and fill up with nutrients and antioxidants.

Follow the daily routine of this beauty routine with aloe vera gel, except for the exfoliation that should not exceed 2 applications per week. After 10 to 15 days, your skin will be healthier and firmer and your complexion unified and radiant.
