To avoid all this, here are simple natural tricks to apply.

1 - Rinsing with traction oil

Traction oil, usually coconut, olive or sesame oil, is an oil that has the ability to extract the bacteria and toxins accumulated inside the tooth, and between the tooth and the gum Surrounds it. It should be used in the morning on an empty stomach.

Take half a tablespoon of coconut oil, known for its antibacterial and whitening virtues, and put it in your mouth. Make a muscular rinse by rotating it in your mouth, insisting on the painful side, for 5 to 20 minutes.

It is essential to avoid foods that are too rich in fat, salt and sugar that negatively affect the general state of health of our organism. So think about adopting a balanced diet, rich in vegetables and fruits that bring to the different body tissues the vitamins (A, K2, D3 ...) and minerals (calcium, phosphorus, magnesium ...) that they need. It is also advisable to replace the sugar, which promotes the appearance of cavities and other oral problems, by honey or maple syrup.

3 - Avoid consuming phytic acid

Phytic acid is an acid naturally present in cereals, legumes, seeds and nuts, and protects them from early germination. But by consuming it, this acid has an inhibitory effect on the digestion of proteins and carbohydrates. In addition, it causes a demineralizing effect on teeth and bones. It is therefore advisable to limit its consumption, or let it germinate or ferment the food that contains it before eating.

4 - Use mineralized toothpaste
Another tip to strengthen tooth enamel and prevent the onset of cavities is to use mineralized toothpaste.
