Baking soda for softer skin:

Baking soda is used since the beginning of time for skin care, because of the benefits it presents. This ingredient reduces the secretion of sebum, which in excess can be at the origin of imperfections, re-balances the pH of the skin, acts as antiseptic and has exfoliating properties.

To use baking soda as an exfoliant, simply mix one teaspoon of this product with a teaspoon of water and mix to get a paste. Apply the mixture on your face by making circular motions, but do not rub it aggressively. Leave on for 5 minutes before rinsing with water and moisturizing your skin.
