A natural remedy to detoxify the body and boost the immune system:

Ingredients:
  • 4 organic lemons
  • 4 large garlic cloves
  • 3 to 4 cm grated fresh ginger root or 2 tablespoons ginger powder
  • 2 liters of water

How to prepare it?

Start first by washing your lemons, then cut them into rings without peeling them. If you can not find organic lemons, soak for a few minutes your ordinary lemons in a basin of water to which you have added vinegar, to rid them of pesticide residues, then rinse and cut them. Then peel the garlic cloves and cut them in half. Then, in a blender, place the lemon slices and the garlic cloves and add the ginger. Mix until a homogeneous texture is obtained.

Pour your mixture into a saucepan and add the 2 liters of water and bring to the boil, while stirring. After a few minutes, remove your mixture from the heat and let it cool before filtering and pouring it into a glass bottle, keeping it cool.

How to consume it?

To allow time for your body to adapt to this cure, it is advisable to start by taking one tablespoon, half an hour before each meal. Then increase the dose gradually until you reach 50 ml, three times a day. If you can not bear the taste a little strong, soften it with honey.

This cure must last three weeks, to be renewed once a year, to the maximum.
Warnings :

The consumption of ginger is not recommended for people with diabetes, poor or suffering from blood diseases, as well as for pregnant and lactating women.

People who suffer from citrus allergy, stomach ulcers, or kidney or biliary disorders should avoid consuming the lemon. It is also not advisable to brush your teeth, just after consuming it, because its acidity can damage the teeth enamel.

Nursing women and those suffering from acute gastric inflammation or porphyria (photosensitising blood disease) should avoid consuming garlic. Moreover, this condiment has an anticoagulant effect which cancels the effect of the coagulating treatments and increases the risks of hemorrhage in the case of surgery.

Note: Once this cure is consumed, we should expect some slightly unpleasant symptoms (headache, flatulence ...). This is normal because the body is purifying and eliminating its waste.
