Smelly Feet Cures: Easy Tips To Cure Stinking Feet and Shoes

Smelly Feet Cures

Smothered in a pair of shoes all day long, the feet sweat naturally. When this is combined with poor plantar hygiene, hello bad odors! This problem can be troublesome, but is not without solution. Here are some natural tips to get rid of the bad odor of the feet.

The feet are one of the parts richest in sweat glands. Which means that this part of the body transpires a lot, especially when it is locked up in shoes for long hours!

Indeed, wearing shoes throughout the day prevents the feet from breathing. The latter sweat excessively, thus providing a warm and humid environment, ideal for bacteria to proliferate.

But contrary to what many people think, sweating does not smell. It is rather the bacteria that develop on the feet, due to excessive sweating, which cause the bad odor of the feet.

Also note that the bad odors of the feet can be favored by hereditary factors or poor plant hygiene, such as not washing your feet regularly, wearing synthetic socks and shoes, wearing wet shoes ....

It is therefore important to have a good plantar hygiene to prevent this problem. Prefer the socks in natural fibers, ventilate the shoes as often as possible, let the wet shoes dry before putting them on, dry your feet well after each wash and let your feet breathe as much as you can.

However, when the damage is done, other measures will have to be taken. There are variants of anti-odor soles, which help to get rid of bad odors. For more natural alternatives, go for foot baths. Discover below 4 foot baths, very effective to eliminate the bad odors of the feet.
