                                                             Day 1 :
 
Breakfast: a hard-boiled or flat-fried egg with a full bread toast or a cup of oatmeal with a little almond milk, seeds and berries.

Lunch: Grilled chicken breast with sautéed vegetables (carrots, zucchini ...).

Dinner: a baked white fish fillet with a bowl of steamed green beans or a salmon pad with broccoli and sautéed mushrooms.

                                                            Day 2:
 
Breakfast: Two scrambled eggs with spinach and a toast of wholemeal bread or a cup of oatmeal with almond milk, berries and seeds.

Lunch: a cabbage salad, lettuce and carrots seasoned with olive oil, lemon juice and chopped parsley, or courgettes and grilled peppers seasoned with vinegar, thyme and lemon juice.

Dinner:
a baked cod filet with grilled Brussels sprouts, or steamed green vegetables and bean soup.

                                                             Day 3:
 
Breakfast: omelette of two eggs and a toast of whole bread or a cup of oatmeal with almond milk, berries and seeds.

Lunch: a roast chicken breast with onions and thyme or a grilled chicken breast marinated in lemon juice and rosemary.

Dinner:
rice complete with tomato sauce, basil and mushrooms.

Instructions to follow during this detox plan:
 
It is important to follow this plan carefully to achieve satisfactory results. Also be sure to drink plenty of water throughout the day and also opt for natural detox and slimming drinks.

You can, for example, prepare detox water with rosemary and mint and add fresh cut fruit such as strawberries, blueberries or grapefruit. Drinking tea is also very beneficial. Green tea is very famous for its diuretic power and thus helps to eliminate the excess water in the body as well as the toxins that can accumulate there. But do not add sugar to your tea.

For coffee addicts, be aware that during this detox plan, you can drink one cup per day provided it is not sweetened.

For the seasoning and cooking of vegetables and meats, it is recommended to use olive oil in moderate amounts.
