1- Parsley: add a few teaspoons of dried parsley to a cup of water, bring to a boil, then let cool for 10 minutes. Consume 3 times a day.

2- Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon lemon juice mixed with hot water, add a little honey. Consuming it several times a day is an excellent solution for water retention. Avoid this recipe if you suffer from kidney and biliary disorders, burns or stomach ulcers, as well as citrus allergies.

3- Magnesium Sulfate: In addition to removing excess fluids and toxins, magnesium sulphate baths can help you relax and calm down. Simply add 2 cups of magnesium sulphate in your bath.

4- Apple cider vinegar: helps to balance the sodium content, which contributes to the preservation of liquids and replenishes the body's potassium reserves. Mix 1 teaspoon of cider vinegar with a glass of water and drink twice a day.

Add 1 teaspoon dried dandelion leaves in warm water and leave to steep for 10 minutes, then consume several times a day. Persons suffering from gallstones should consult a doctor before undertaking a dandelion cure. Besides, as with any other herbal remedy, consult your doctor first.)

10- Onion: Boil a few peeled onions in 4 cups of water, add a pinch of salt for the taste, then drink 3 cups of the mixture every day.

Some tips to remember!

Enrich your diet with bananas, pineapples, cucumbers, watermelon, cabbages and celery, this will help you to urinate and thus eliminate excess fluids.
