Recipe For Chocolate Cake Without Sugar, Without Butter, Without Eggs

In the current era of increasing health consciousness, many people are working to revisit the recipes and rectify them to meet current health and food requirements. These recipes include a delicious vegan chocolate cake made with avocado but without eggs or butter. Discover the list of ingredients you need!

As mentioned above, the food and health requirements of the world's population have changed considerably and have increased in recent years. This is why we have witnessed the emergence of different dietary patterns, such as the vegetarian, vegan and vegan diet, which can sometimes lead to confusion.

To help you see a little more clearly, here are a few details that will help you to differentiate between them: a vegetarian person does not consume products derived from the slaughter of animals but tolerates animal by-products such as milk, eggs, honey, and the like. A vegan person, on the other hand, does not include any animal product in his diet, whether it comes from the slaughter of the animals or not. As for vegans, in addition to being vegan, they do not use any product of animal origin or tested on animals, whether it be a detergent, a cosmetic product, a garment or something else. Basically, it's a whole lifestyle to adopt.

In order not to deprive the latter (and anyone paying attention to its line) of the little pleasures of life, such as that of enjoying a good chocolate cake, here is a delicious recipe based on avocado, and especially without eggs or butter !

A recipe for avocado-based chocolate cake:

- 200 g of flour T55
- 100 g cornstarch
- 40 g of black cocoa powder
- 30 g of sodium bicarbonate
- 10 g of baking powder
- 2 to 3 g of salt
- ¼ cup of olive oil
- 1 ripe avocado, to crush until a smooth texture
- 2 cups of water
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
- 40 g of stevia

- 2 ripe avocados, to crush until obtaining a smooth texture
- 20 g of stevia
- 40 g of black cocoa powder

First, oil two round cake molds (about 22 cm diameter) and preheat your oven to 180 ° C. Then, in a large container, mix the rice flour, cornstarch, yeast, baking soda and salt, and in another, carefully mix the olive oil, crushed avocado pulp, water, vinegar and vanilla, then once well incorporated, add stevia and mix again.

Add the second mixture to the first, then mix thoroughly to obtain a perfectly smooth texture. Then, divide the dough evenly on the two molds, then bake them. After 30 minutes of cooking, make sure the cakes are ready.

Remove them from the oven and let them cool in their molds for 15 minutes, then unmold them and let them cool completely. Meanwhile, prepare your frosting by mixing crushed avocados, stevia and cocoa until smooth and creamy.

Once your cakes are cold, spread half of your frosting on the first cake, then place the second cake on top and spread the rest of your chocolate cream over it.

Your delicious vegan chocolate cake is ready! Enjoy your meal.
