Will Put Deodorant Under Your Breasts Every Day

As one of the essentials of the bathroom, deodorants are mainly used to mask odors due to perspiration in the armpits. But did you know that deodorant can also have different uses?

By helping to hide the odors of perspiration, deodorants have become essential for good body hygiene. But still it is necessary to choose the right product. Indeed, the deodorants found in the shelves of supermarkets contain significant amounts of toxic chemicals, even carcinogenic.

In fact, many studies have demonstrated the link between the use of conventional deodorants and breast cancer. A Swiss study has particularly increased suspicions about the use of antiperspirant deodorants especially. Indeed, having noticed that the incidence of breast cancer has been increasing in recent years with 80% of cases of tumors located near the armpit, researchers wanted to analyze the impact of the use of deodorant on the health. Especially in this part of the body the skin is very permeable, not to mention the presence of the lymphatic network that drains the mammary gland.

Researchers focused on a specific component of deodorants: aluminum salts. They performed an in vivo study, during which they took mouse mammary cells that they exposed to aluminum salts, for subsequent reimplantation in mice.

The researchers noticed that tumors developed to different degrees in all mice. In some of them, the tumors were very aggressive causing metastases.

Deodorants containing aluminum salts are therefore very dangerous for health. It is therefore recommended to choose deodorants made from natural and organic products.

The different uses of deodorant:

Although the main use of the deodorant is to mask odors in the armpits, it can be useful for different uses, provided it is organic and without aluminum salts or other toxic elements. Here are its different uses:

To avoid sweating under the breasts:

Whether you have a strong chest or not, sweating under your breasts during hot days is inevitable. Result: you end up with soaked bras. To avoid this, apply deodorant under your breasts before getting dressed. You will notice that you sweat less and that there will be less irritation.

To put on tight pants:

You try to put pants that you have not worn for 6 months, but impossible to get in, it blocks at the thighs? Do not panic, apply deodorant on your thighs and watch your pants slip.

To prevent foot odor:

After a long day of work, feet stifled in closed shoes, do not feel so much at night. Indeed, locked up, the feet sweat a lot which causes bad smells. To avoid this, in the morning, put deodorant on the soles of the feet and between the toes and say to god with foul smells.

To prevent blisters:

We all apprehend the wearing of new shoes, for fear of having blisters. These blisters that usually appear at the sides of the feet and heel are not very pleasant and are very painful. To prevent their appearance, apply deodorant on the back of the shoes. This will prevent the rubbing of the skin of the feet against the shoes.

To avoid the friction of the thighs:

Much more common during the summer, the friction of the thighs are the nightmare of many women. To get to grips with it, apply some debris between your thighs. This will help reduce sweating in this area, but also reduce painful friction.

How to make a natural deodorant?

There are several natural ingredients that can act as natural deodorants, namely:

Lemon, to rub under the armpits. Its acidity fights bacteria causing bad smells.
The baking soda to dilute in a little water and spray on the armpits. This ingredient is known for its powerful antibacterial and antiseptic properties.

The aloe vera gel to be applied directly to the armpits. This product has antiseptic and moisturizing properties.

If you are looking for something more sophisticated, you can always make a natural deodorant at home and with basic ingredients.

Here is a simple recipe for preparing a natural deodorant:

  • 6 tablespoons of coconut oil
  • ¼ cup of baking soda
  • ¼ cup of cornstarch
  • A few drops of antiseptic essential oil (like rose, bergamot, white sandalwood ...)
