If you'd like to use this time to shed some weight, know that it's never too late to work on your physical health. Consider these five tips to lose ten pounds this summer.

1. Switch to clean food.

Eating clean food is essential to your personal weight loss goals. Exercise plays a role in weight loss, but your diet plays a major role. There are many people who watch their calories and are able to lose weight without stepping into a gym. The key is to switch to clean foods. Eat a lot of vegetables with each meal. Vegetables are key foods to eat for fast weight loss. Additionally, enjoy fruits for the nutrients and sweet taste. Lean meats like grilled chicken and baked salmon are perfect for meals. Chia seeds are excellent sources of fiber to keep you full. Do your best to stay in the clean zone with your foods. Stay away from bread, pasta and junk food. Save those treats for a cheat meal.
