The tea is native to India and China, it is known for its many therapeutic virtues. It comes in various forms such as green tea, black or white, among others. The amino acid called L-Theanine contained in green tea has antidepressant properties and helps improve concentration. Preparation of green tea
In a cup of 200 milliliters of water, put 1 teaspoon of organic green tea and let steep for 3 to 5 minutes.

Because of the existing caffeine in tea, which can cause insomnia, it is advisable not to take more than 3 cups a day.
