The tea is native to India and China, it is known for its many therapeutic virtues. It comes in various forms such as green tea, black or white, among others. Tea is the most consumed drink in the world and for various reasons; it would prevent cardiovascular diseases, cancers and diabetes, help the metabolism burn calories and be good for the brain.

The beneficial properties of green tea
