Norma has decided to leave her home country to settle in Italy where she runs her business with her husband who is older than she is 10 years old. The 70-year-old woman talks about her lifestyle by explaining that she started exercising since the age of 20 every day.


Norma adds that a beautiful body is not defined by size or weight as is the case with models. You can be big or small, straight or curved, a pretty body is above all a body that you admire when you look in a mirror!


Williams says that her diet is rich in vegetables, fruits and proteins, it is a gourmet person who allows himself some pastries from time to time to delight his taste buds! His favorite dish is spaghetti (made from whole wheat) with vegetables and olive oil. Norma explains that olive oil is her favorite oil, and that she does not hesitate to add it to all her dishes.

- Less stress: Studies show that stress causes physical changes in the body that can accelerate aging. Increasing levels of hormones such as adrenaline and cortisol, cause an increase in blood pressure and an increase in heart rate. Experts advise using relaxation to end chronic stress. A 2005 Massachusetts General Hospital study in Boston found that meditation can prevent age-related changes in the brain.

- Avoid bad fat: Avoid the dietary fat present in processed meat, fried foods or fast food. There is good fat including omega-3 fatty acids (found in salmon, nuts and seeds) that help stabilize mood, maintain bone strength and prevent the visible signs of aging. Dr. Michael Roizen, President of the Division of Anesthesiology at the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio and co-author of You on a Diet, says that every individual needs two grams of Omega-3 fatty acids a day!

- More Exercise: Regular exercise not only helps you lose weight, strengthen muscles, strengthen bones, but also improves mood and clear thoughts. Studies cited by the National Institute on Aging show a link between exercise and better brain power.
