Beet Is A Natural Medicine That Can Prevent And Cure 11 Diseases

Red, yellow or white, the beet is presented in different colors, but the red beet is the most common and the most consumed and embellishes all our dishes. Caution

It may be that the stool or urine takes on a reddish complexion after a few hours of beet consumption since it contains the betalaines that are responsible for this color and do not present any health hazard.
