Beef must be organic. Of course, in addition to the protein intake it provides, it is advisable to limit its consumption. For vegetarians, it is possible to replace the meat with grilled cauliflower.

The carrot is full of antioxidants, such as beta-carotene, which slows cellular aging and beautifies the skin. It is also involved in the reduction of bad cholesterol and the protection of cardiovascular diseases and certain cancers.

Zucchini is excellent for bones and for blood pressure. Thanks to its potassium, magnesium and calcium content, it reduces the excess of acidity in the body.

The onion contains a chemical compound called "rutin" that helps reduce the formation of blood clots by preventing the buildup of platelets in the arteries. In addition, its antioxidant activity helps fight cancer cells in the liver and reduce blood pressure. Moreover, its content of folic acid (vitamin B9) is essential for brain function for better mental and emotional health.

Garlic is rich in phenolic acids that give it the role of an antiseptic, an anti-inflammatory, an anti-cholesterol and even an antiallergic. It also helps to thin the blood by stopping the progression of atherosclerosis and prevent angina pectoris.
