Preparation
- Cover an 8 x 8 cm pan with baking paper.

- In a saucepan, melt the chocolate chips with the sunflower butter, coconut oil, maple syrup and peppermint extract.

- Pour the mixture into the pan and spread evenly. Refrigerate until the mixture becomes thick.

- Cut into 20 portions.
