  • 1 cup yoghurt
  • 1 small grated yellow onion
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Preparation and cooking (35 min):

In a large bowl, mix ¼ cup yoghurt, onion, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 2 cloves garlic, coriander, cumin, pepper, pepper, salt and turmeric. Add the chicken and rub in the yoghurt mixture. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or up to 3 hours.
