Delicious Baked Chicken With Vegetables

Chicken recipe with fresh salsa sauce

Ingredients:

3 organic chicken fillets, non-GMO
¼ teaspoon of cumin
¼ teaspoon of salt
¼ teaspoon of black pepper
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup grated mozzarella

For salsa fresca:
2 ripe tomatoes
1 shallot
1 small jalapeño pepper
½ cup fresh coriander
1 lime juice
1 pinch of sea salt


Preparation:
- First, make your salsa fresca (or fresh salsa) by washing and cutting into small tomatoes then shallot and jalapeño pepper.

- Chop the coriander and add the lemon juice and salt to the mixture and reserve in the fridge.

- Then preheat your oven to 180 ° C.

- Arrange the chicken fillets in a dish and season with cumin, pepper, garlic powder and salt.

- Add the fresca salsa (about two cups) to the chicken and garnish with grated mozzarella cheese.

- Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes, depending on your oven and take out the dish as soon as the chicken is cooked.
