Good to know :

Benefits of Greek yogurt
In addition to a low sugar content, traditional Greek yogurt is made with sheep's milk and not cow's milk and is rich in protein. Greek yogurt contains more calcium than a conventional yogurt. It is therefore less caloric and more nutritious.

A traditional yoghurt undergoes 2 filtrations, while the Greek yoghurt passes by a third: a process of draining which consists in extracting the whey (whey), which contains mainly water and lactose. Greek yogurt is therefore easier to digest for those who are lactose intolerant (milk sugar).

Benefits of baking soda
An essential product of the house, baking soda is very popular for its many uses and its very inexpensive cost. This small white powder is as effective as daily care and remedies as a kitchen product. It is biodegradable and presents no danger to the environment. This mineral chemical releases carbon dioxide (Co2) in contact with water and heat. It is therefore beneficial for floury pasta and is often used for the preparation of various cakes.

Benefits of cider vinegar
Used for its medicinal properties, apple cider vinegar is an apple cider that has fermented. It is often found in our kitchens because of its main compound: acetic acid, which gives it antibacterial effects. Apple cider vinegar therefore prevents bloating and the proliferation of microbes in our intestines.

Benefits of agave syrup
Agave syrup is extracted from cacti and its glycemic index is very low. Ideal for those who want to reduce their sugar consumption, type 2 diabetics can consume it for its beneficial role on blood sugar levels. This natural syrup can replace white sugar. In general, it allows to have a sweet taste without the disadvantages of sugar that promotes obesity, certain types of cancer and the occurrence of caries. Agave syrup contains iron, calcium, potassium, magnesium and mineral salts, hence its high nutritional value. Its other compound called "silica" can fight against osteoporosis, a bone disease that predisposes to fractures.
