Here Is The Lemon Trick That Will Change Your Life Forever

Weakness, tiredness and a feeling of intense weariness are common symptoms when the body is infested with toxins. Resulting from an unhealthy lifestyle or constant exposure to impurities in the environment, these can easily affect our mood and turn the most comfortable tasks into real challenges because of the fatigue they bring. And if we told you that to solve these problems, this foot bath could do the trick?

At the end of the day, we are often subject to mood lability resulting from an accumulation of stress or fatigue. Unfortunately, these consequences do not force us to act to relieve ourselves. Indeed, many of us give up on this lethargic state that punctuates a day of hard work, causing the accumulation of a malaise that could easily be avoided. In this article, we offer a foot bath that detoxifies the whole body by offering a small session of cocooning to your sore feet.

Here's how to prepare it:

Ingredients
  • The juice of a lemon
  • 2 to 3 drops of peppermint essential oil
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon mint tea
  • 1 large basin of hot water
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • Epsom salt

Preparation
Mix all your ingredients except olive oil in a large bowl of hot water and soak your feet for 15 minutes to 20 minutes. Remember that for a topical application, peppermint essential oil like all essential oils must be diluted in a carrier oil before being applied directly to the skin.

Once your bath is done, gently scrub your feet with a pumice stone to remove dead skin. Once the scrub is complete, you can go to a deep massage with olive oil (or argan oil if you prefer) to soften your skin and moisturize deeply. A great way to take care of your feet every day!
