  • Lunch : One serving of brown rice with 100 grams of grilled salmon
  • Dinner : A portion of grilled tofu with green vegetables.

Day 6
  • Breakfast : Banana smoothie with coconut milk.
  • Snack: A pineapple cup
  • Lunch : Salad with black beans, lettuce, green vegetables and homemade guacamole.
  • Dinner : 120 grams of baked garlic chicken breast.

Day 7
  • Breakfast: One tartine of toasted whole bread with two slices of fat free turkey ham and 1 tomato
  • Snack:    2 to 3 dates
  • Lunch :  Mediterranean shrimp salad
  • Dinner : Salad with chicken and raw vegetables
