A Famous Doctor Proposes A Diet To Detoxify All The Sugar Present In The Body In 21 Days

Nowadays, the industrial diet is filled with sugar. This substance qualified by health professionals as "poison", seduced by its pleasant taste and makes consumers easily addicted. According to Dr. Robert Lustig, sugar promotes the appearance of many diseases.

According to the WHO, an individual who consumes 2,000 calories a day is entitled to a daily intake of about 25 grams of sugar. But the statistics show that these recommendations are far from being put into practice.

The harmful effects of sugar

Sugar has many adverse effects and can cause brain disturbances. Its pleasant taste can make people addicted to its flavor without them realizing it. The sugar activates the reward system in the brain and breeds repetitive sugar cravings. In addition, regular consumption of sugary foods promotes stress, depression, memory loss and can be translated in the long term by Alzeimer's disease. In addition to these symptoms, sugar can lead to obesity, diabetes and can affect vital organs leading to the development of certain cancers.

- Drink plenty of water: your body needs to be hydrated daily. It is recommended to drink 1.5 to 2 liters of water a day. In addition, water increases the volume of the bolus in the stomach, so you are less hungry and you reduce the amount of food absorbed during the day

- Do regular physical activity: To be healthy, exercise regularly. Physical activity has many benefits for both your physical health and your mental health. In addition, if you are used to eating under stress, sport is a great way to get rid of the daily pressure.
