The obvious main type of activity that can help you flexibility is yoga. Hundreds of millions of people practice yoga around the world, and the focal point of yoga is stretching and holding poses.

However, in addition to yoga, even simply stretching can do your body good. It can help prevent injuries and can be an important part of rehabilitation.In addition to having its own inherent benefits, stretching can also help you loosen up muscles before or after a workout or sporting event. Simply put, if you’re not stretching, you should be.
