2- Coconut oil

A study by the Journal of the International Society of Preventive & Community Dentistry has shown that coconut oil is as potent an antibacterial agent as chlorhexidine. 3- Baking Soda
One of the most common causes of gingivitis is oral acidity. It promotes the oral lesion, and thus the penetration of bacteria in the gums. In addition to being a mild natural whitener, baking soda is an alkalizing agent. Indeed, it reduces the oral acidity that can cause infections and inflammations.

Recipe: 1 teaspoon of baking soda in 1/2 glass of water at room temperature.

4- The lemon
