- A handful of almonds

Lunch
- A roasted chicken leg
- Green vegetables steamed (zucchini, green beans, broccoli)

Dinner
- A cup of pasta cooked al dente with a light white sauce (Ricotta cheese + olive oil + salt)
- Smoked salmon crumbs

During these 3 days, drink a lot of water. You can also replace coffee with tea. In addition, it is best to eat foods of biological origin.

Continue this detox plan after 3 days
