- 250 ml almond milk
-  3 eggs
- 25 g of fructose
- 10 g almond flour
- 10 g cornstarch

Preparation

Ingredients
- 4 egg whites
- 60 g of fructose
- One tablespoon of powdered vanilla extract
- 100 g of almond flour
- ½ cup of dairy-free cream

Preparation:
  • Preheat the oven to 180 °
  • Start by beating the whites until stiff.
  • Then add the fructose and the vanilla extract powder and continue whisking for a few moments, until the mixture is firm.
  • Add the flour and the cream and continue mixing until you get a homogeneous dough.
  • On a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, and using a tablespoon, place small heaps of dough and flatten them to form small discs.
  • Put in the oven for 6 to 7 minutes.
