Mask with baking soda

Prepare a cleansing foam by mixing two tablespoons of baking soda and two tablespoons of water. Apply the paste to the targeted areas, massage gently with a circular motion. Leave to rest then rinse thoroughly with cold water. This mask is to be applied once a week.

Benefits: The virtues of this magic powder are no longer to be demonstrated, its anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties cleanse the skin in depth. In addition, sodium bicarbonate regulates the acid content of the skin and maintains the balance of its pH.

Lemon and pineapple juice

Mix the juice of one-half lemon with half a glass of pineapple juice. Then dip a towel into this lotion and place it on your face for 5 minutes. Rinse your face with fresh water.

Benefits: Exfoliating, pineapple is full of bromelain, an anti-inflammatory enzyme that calms irritations and improves the appearance of the skin. Cucumber, lemon and rose water
