How to prepare fermented rice water?

Start by rinsing a cup of rice, then transfer it to a bowl and cover with water. Let stand for 15 minutes, then filter and collect the liquid. Then place it in a bottle and let it act for one day in a dry place at room temperature, until it begins to ferment. Once you notice a change in the texture of the liquid, transfer it to a saucepan and put it on fire, until it boils. Remove from heat and allow to cool.

Apply this mixture on your hair, as you will have done with a normal shampoo, with the foam in less of course! Massage your scalp well with rice water before rinsing with water.

Place unused rice water in the refrigerator, where it can be stored for up to 6 days.
